Last posting for crafts please – October 31st. This is to Teddington. Earlier rather than later is much much easier on us though!
THANK YOU!
We know this is super early, but we also know our lovely crafters like to plan and that crafting takes such a long time. We are delighted though to be launching our Christmas Craft Sale 2025, we hope you will join us. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and will help us raise much needed funds to continue our woolly work. With your love and support we hope it is a huge success! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!
The charity we shall support this Christmas will be The Christmas Dinner Project.
The Christmas Dinner, founded by poet Lemn Sissay OBE, brings communities together to provide a Christmas Day for care leavers, aged between 18 and 25.
For many young people leaving care, this may be their first Christmas living independently – and alone. These young people have faced many challenges in life, having grown up in the care system. We need your help to give them a day they will never forget. The charity aims to provide an abundance of gifts, a superb Christmas Dinner meal, fun, games and company on Christmas Day. These happen right across the country
They aim to show every one of their guests that they are loved.
The Christmas Dinners are seed funded and supported by the Gold from the Stone Foundation, and organised by independent dynamic communities throughout the UK. We plan to send a donation of at least £500 to them after the sale. the reminder will go into our own charitable projects. The Christmas Dinner project will be familiar to those who knit hat and scarf sets for gifts to go out to care leavers on the day.

So every penny we can raise will go to help others, we hope you will support us, either by crafting, buying or even maybe both! Thank you so so much.
